The concept of “Commercial Commerce” (C-Commerce) has recently become very popular in the American business community. It was first proposed by Gartner Inc., the largest U.S. IT consulting company in the United States. It is not the same as the concept of e-commerce (e-commerce is only the electronicization of traditional business and does not change the connotation of business operations). It is called “e-commerce.” “New faces” and “The next phase of e-commerce development model.” Cooperative commerce refers to the promotion of electronic technology and the sharing of information, knowledge, resources, and flow between companies and their customers, suppliers, business partners, and employees.
