2000年7月23～26日空军卫生防疫队队长集训班在昆明举办。集训班传达了空军部队卫生工作会议精神;学习了总后卫生部下发的《军队卫生监督实施办法》,进行了空军级卫生监督员的培训;分析研究了“空军机场卫生学流行病学调查”工作进展与质量控制情况;研讨了空军卫生防疫机构建设和“九五”规划验收的技术问题等。通过集训,提高了参训学员对新形势下加强部队卫生防疫工作、开展部队卫生机构整顿建设的认识,统一了适应联勤体制、飞行卫生保障前移、尽快形成空军特色
2000 July 23 ~ 26 Air Force health and quarantine team leader classes held in Kunming. The training class conveyed the spirit of the air force health conference; learned from the General Post-Ministry of Health issued the “Measures for the Implementation of the Army’s Health Surveillance” and carried out air force-level health supervisors training; analyzed the “Air Force Airport Health Epidemiology Survey” Work progress and quality control situation; discussed the construction of the Air Force health and epidemic prevention agencies and the technical issues of the Ninth Five-Year Plan acceptance. Through the training, the trainees have been trained to better understand the health and epidemic prevention work of the armed forces in the new situation and to carry out the rectification and construction of the military health institutions. They have also unified the system of joint logistics and the advancement of the health and safety of their flights, and formed the characteristics of the Air Force as soon as possible
