目的检测四川阿坝与内蒙古陈旗砖茶中的氟含量,了解砖茶氟含量水平。方法采用氟离子选择电极法。结果53份砖茶氟含量均值为748.5mg/kg,其中四川阿坝与内蒙古陈旗的砖茶氟含量均值为741.5mg/kg、756.8mg/kg,二者差异无显著意义( P>0.05);水煮法检测的氟含量占酸浸法的 77. 1%;砖茶氟含量是其它茶叶的 4. 4倍;不同环节、不同产地的砖茶氟含量差异无显著意义(P>0. 05)。结论砖茶氟含量高于其它茶叶,应制订砖茶氟含量标准。
