目的:用不同剂量的He-Ne激光照射萌发的白菜(Brassica pekinensis)种子,从而探讨激光照射后产生的各种生物学效应。方法:以不同时间的激光(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0min)照射已萌发的白菜种子后,测定种子的发芽势和发芽率、幼苗的生长量。待幼苗生长20d时测定细胞内可溶性糖、叶绿素、蛋白质和核酸的含量。结果:随着照射时间延长,种子的发芽势、发芽率逐渐下降;当照射时间在2.0min内,可明显促进幼苗的生长;幼苗细胞中多种内含物(叶绿素、可溶性糖和蛋白质)的含量都显著增长。但是,当激光照射超过2.0min后,白菜幼苗的多种生理生化特征均有所下降。
Objective: To study the biological effects of laser irradiation after irradiation of germinated seeds of Brassica pekinensis with different doses of He-Ne laser. Methods: The seeds of germinated cabbage were irradiated with different time of laser (0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0min), and the seed germination potential and germination rate and seedling growth were measured. The content of soluble sugar, chlorophyll, protein and nucleic acid in the cells was measured 20 days after the seedlings grew. Results: With the prolongation of irradiation time, germination potential and germination rate of seeds decreased gradually. When the irradiation time was within 2.0 min, the growth of seedling could be obviously promoted. The contents of many kinds of inclusions (chlorophyll, soluble sugar and protein) in seedling cells Significant increase in content. However, when the laser irradiation for more than 2.0min, a variety of physiological and biochemical characteristics of cabbage seedlings decreased.
