衡阳车辆段最近研制成功“货车轮对水淋式防尘板座除锈机”。 该机适用于不同轮径的货车轮对防尘板座及轮对外侧根部的除锈。该机采用全自动控制,整个作业过程无需人工操作,经现场使用后,除锈效果良好,达到了工艺要求,除锈效率较人工提高5～10倍,从根本上减轻了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业环境,从而提高了轮轴的检修质量,确保车辆运行安全。
