针对市场上工业贴片机成本较高的问题,提出了面向中小型企业及实验室的经济型贴片机。首先从合理选择X-Y-Z轴传动机构入手,由步进电机带动同步带取代传统的伺服电机带动滚珠丝杠的传动,实现X-Y轴的运动;贴装头部分由凸轮传动取代滚珠丝杠传动,实现Z轴的进给运动;按照传动要求,对凸轮结构进行了设计;然后对视觉识别系统进行分析,确定获取清晰元器件轮廓的最理想图像处理算法,并建立常用元件图像库,完成视觉识别系统设计。经过以上工作,该贴片机具有体积紧缩,低成本的优势,具有一定的节约应用价值。
In view of the high cost of industrial placement machines in the market, the economical placement machine for small and medium enterprises and laboratories is proposed. First of all, starting from a reasonable choice of XYZ axis drive mechanism, driven by a stepper motor to replace the traditional belt drive belt drive ball screw drive to achieve XY axis movement; placement head part of the cam drive instead of ball screw drive to achieve Z Axis of the feed movement; in accordance with the transmission requirements of the cam structure was designed; then the visual identification system analysis to determine the most clear image components to obtain the outline of the image processing algorithms, and the establishment of common component image library to complete the visual identification system design .
