This work designed a pulse energy measurement gamma pulse energy compensation detector. The energy response of Si-PIN nuclear radiation detector after energy compensation was simulated by Monte Carlo and compared with that before compensation. Experiments were carried out at the Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology’s “Dawn” accelerator. The results showed that the dose measured with this detector was consistent with the dose of the thermoluminescent dose within ± 5%. Energy compensation detector
