以光学冷加工外资企业生产现场管理为例,阐述了从产品摆放混乱、工具寻找不易、生产信息不顺等问题上,通过5S管理制度,采用目标设定,样板区建立,全员参与,奖惩激励等方法具体实施推进5S管理。实践证明,5S管理改善了工作环境,提高了设备的稼动率,提高了生产效率和产品质量,全员的改善意识得到了大幅的提升。
Taking the production management of optical cold-processing foreign-funded enterprises as an example, this paper elaborates on the problems such as the confusion of products, the difficulty of finding tools, the unsmooth production information and so on. Through the 5S management system, the target setting, model area establishment, full participation, Incentives and other methods to promote the specific implementation of 5S management. Practice has proved that 5S management to improve the working environment, improve the equipment utilization rate, improve production efficiency and product quality, improve staff awareness has been greatly improved.
