中铁二十四局集团有限公司通过运行以下质量管理措施,全面落实各项质量管理制度,不断夯实质量管理基础,持续改进质量管理水平。明确质量责任,落实奖罚兑现。每年初公司主要领导与各子分公司签订年度质量包保责任书,并根据考核情况及时兑现上年度的奖罚。针对施工生产过程中的87个岗位分别制定了质量责任制文本,并分级进行交底和签认,进一步明确每个岗位的质量责任,通过每道工序的工作质量保证了每项工程的总体质量。
