目的了解呼和浩特市家蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗性水平,为今后杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法采用微量点滴法测定家蝇对5种杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果呼和浩特市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为21.70、47.67和24.64倍,属于高抗级别;对敌敌畏的抗性倍数为12.09倍,属于中抗级别;对残杀威的抗性倍数为1.78倍,属于敏感级别。结论家蝇防治过程中杀虫剂的使用应以抗药性监测结果为指导,结合物理防治、环境治理消除蝇类孳生场所,从根本上控制蝇类密度。
Objective To understand the resistance level of housefly to common health insecticides in Hohhot and to provide a scientific basis for the rational use of insecticides in future. Methods The levels of resistance to five insecticides in housefly were determined by microdilution method. Results The resistance multiples of housefly to deltamethrin, cypermethrin and alpha-cypermethrin in Hohhot were 21.70, 47.67 and 24.64 times, respectively, which were high resistance level. The resistance to dichlorvos was 12.09 times, Viagra multiples of 1.78 times, is a sensitive level. Conclusion The use of pesticides in the control of housefly should be guided by the drug resistance monitoring results. Combining with physical prevention and control, environmental management should eliminate flies breeding places and fundamentally control flies’ density.
