目的:了解精神科医生职业倦怠的特点,探讨其组织环境相关因素。方法:采用工作倦怠问卷、工作要求和决策自主量表、分配和程序公平量表、跨文化的角色冲突、角色混淆和角色过载量表、工作影响家庭和家庭影响工作量表及社会支持量表对106名精神科医生进行调查。结果:分层回归分析显示,控制了人口学变量之后,工作影响家庭、角色冲突、工作负荷和角色混淆对情感衰竭有显著预测作用;家庭影响工作对人格解体有显著预测作用;同事支持和角色混淆对成就感降低有显著预测作用。结论:精神科医生成就感降低明显,职业倦怠具有特异性的相关因素。
Objective: To understand the characteristics of psychiatrist job burnout, explore the organizational environment related factors. Methods: Job burnout questionnaire, job requirements and decision-making autonomy scale, assignment and procedure fairness scale, cross-cultural conflict of roles, role confusion and role overload scale, work influence family and family influence scale and social support scale Investigate 106 psychiatrists. Results: Hierarchical regression analysis showed that after controlling for demographic variables, family influence, conflict of roles, confusion of work load and role had significant predictive effects on emotional exhaustion. Family influence had a significant effect on personality disintegration. Colleagues’ support and roles Confusion has a significant predictive effect on the reduction of achievement. CONCLUSIONS: There is a significant correlation between psychiatrist’s sense of accomplishment and job burnout.
