马六舟(1862～1917),名正纲,字六舟,纶三(又作纶珊、抡三),男,回族,四川成都人,清末副贡。清光绪三十二年(1906),经光绪皇帝御批,马六舟以同知直隶州的资格优先选用。 一、报效黑龙江 清光绪二十九年(1903)十一月十一日(12月19日)四川云阳人程德全(字雪楼)被慈禧太后、光绪皇帝加赏为齐齐哈尔副都统。此时,正是庚子战乱之后,黑龙江处在边防待固、边关待守、俄寇待逐、百姓待抚、百业待兴的困难局面,沙俄政府以保护俄商在华利益为借口,不断侵占我金、煤等矿产资源,并以兵力威吓,而黑龙江将军在一年之内就换了2人,边关亟待有“明干有为”的官吏主持政务,以达到巩固边疆,兴旺江省的目的。在此背景下,清光绪三十年(1904)马六舟以程德全旧日幕僚及四川同乡的关系,在上有高堂待儿
