珠海国际机场地基表层出露土层以饱和粉细砂为主,约占总面积的75%。实测成果表明,在7度地震作用下饱和粉细砂层可能产生液化的孔数占实测孔数的87%。为了消除粉细砂地基在地震作用下可能产生液化,提高地基承载力,对饱和粉细砂地基采用强夯处理。施工前进行了现场强夯试验和测试。对试验区布置、强夯机具、施工试验参数,试验施工工艺作了介绍。对强夯处理效果进行了检测和分析。结果表明,采用强夯处理饱和粉细砂地基效果明显,能消除饱和粉细砂地基可能产生的液化,地基承载力提高80%~150%,强夯处理后地基均匀、密实、稳定
Zhuhai International Airport’s surface exposed soil layer is dominated by saturated fine sand, accounting for about 75% of the total area. The measured results show that the number of holes that may be liquefied in the saturated fine sand layer accounts for 87% of the measured holes under the 7 degree earthquake. In order to eliminate the possible liquefaction of the fine sand foundation under earthquake and improve the bearing capacity of the foundation, a strong concrete treatment is adopted for the saturated fine sand foundation. Field strength tests and tests were conducted before construction. The layout of the test area, powerful tools, construction test parameters, and test construction techniques were introduced. The effect of strong scorpion processing was tested and analyzed. The results show that the treatment of saturated fine sand foundation with strong concrete has obvious effect, and it can eliminate the possible liquefaction of saturated fine sand foundation, and the bearing capacity of foundation increases by 80% to 150%. The foundation is even, dense and stable after dynamic compaction treatment.
