高炉炉顶余压发电(简称TRT)是高压高炉的重大节能技术。武汉钢铁设计研究院于最近组建了节能技术研究所,全力开发和推广应用TRT技术。由武汉院负责设计和建设总承包的酒钢1号高炉(1513m~3)国产TRT装置已于1988年9月建成投产并正常连续运转。该套设备装机容量为4500kW,技术装备比较先进,适用于炉顶压力为0.1～0.15MPa、煤气流量为140000～240000m~3n/h高炉。此外,该院为武钢3号(1513m~3)
