中国消费者协会近日发布2002年第1号消费警示,提醒消费者对粮食制品看清楚再人口。 中消协有关人士表示,目前粮食制品安全隐患主要来自以下四个方面。一是在面粉中添加的增白剂超标。目前各地面粉厂家普遍使用过氧化笨甲酰为主要成分的增白剂,这种增白剂具有显著的增白效果。联合国粮农组织规定过氧化苯甲酰用量不得大于75PPM,中国有些厂家的最高使用量达到了100PPM。二是用工业用的磷酸钙盐和滑石粉作为增白剂的载体。三是在面粉及面制品中添加国家禁止使用的“吊白块”。吊白块的化学名称为甲醛次硫酸氢钠,为工业用漂白剂,人体摄入10克即可死亡。四是含甲醛的米面制品在一些地方的中小餐馆中被大量使用。 中消协提醒说,别一味认为面粉越白越好,面条和米粉
