水轮机导水机构具有零部件多、装配工序多、装配要求高等特点。因此导水机构要经过预装配。导水机构预装目的是:提前发现并解决工件在安装中出现的问题;底环和顶盖的同心度达到设计要求;活动导叶转动灵活、没有规律性的倾斜;端面及立面间隙满足设计要求;钻孔打底环和顶盖定位销钉。以哥斯达黎加楚卡斯水电站为例,简述在导水机构预装过程步骤、工艺要求,并对导叶立面间隙工艺改进等成果进行描述。
