现代社会各个企业的发展及产业的扩张,对于能源的消耗量极大。该社会形势也促进了油田的发展。油田采出液集输系统是油田生产过程中不可或缺的重要环节,由于油田的发展经历了较长的时间,在各种因素的综合作用下,集输系统出现了腐蚀结垢的问题,严重影响了油田的生产效率及成本,情况严重的甚至会出现生产事故,需要管理人员予以高度的重视。本文简单分析了油田技术系统腐蚀结构的原因,如污水矿化度高、采出液中砂的磨损和腐蚀作用、采出液中成垢离子含量高、异型水水质不配伍等,并针对上述原因,提出了几点防治措施,为从事油田集输系统管理的人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。
