目的探讨宜昌市土家族地区子宫颈癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中7种元素的含量,为进一步研究提供依据。方法利用原子吸收光谱法对30例宜昌市土家族地区子宫颈癌患者(病例组)的癌组织和癌旁组织、正常子宫颈组织以及18例其他地区子宫颈癌患者(对照1组)及10例子宫颈良性疾病患者(对照2组)正常子宫颈组织中的镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)进行含量分析。结果病例组中癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se含量的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),Cr、Mn含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组、对照1组和对照2组正常子宫颈组织中Cr、Mn含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se含量的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病例组和对照1组比较,Cd、Se含量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而Pb、Cu、Zn差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组和对照2组比较,Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照1组和对照2组比较,Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宜昌市土家族地区子宫颈癌患者Cd、Pu、Cu含量升高,Zn、Se含量降低。
Objective To explore the contents of seven elements in cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal tissues of patients with cervical cancer in Tujia and Yi ethnic areas in Yichang City, and to provide basis for further study. Methods A total of 30 cases of cervical cancer patients (case group) and adjacent non-cancerous tissues, normal cervical tissues and 18 cases of cervical cancer patients (control group 1) and 10 (Cd), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) and selenium (Se) in normal cervical tissue of patients with benign cervical diseases (control group 2) Content analysis. Results The contents of Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn and Se in the cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal tissues of the cases were all significantly different (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in the contents of Cr and Mn (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in Cr and Mn contents between the normal control group and the control group (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in the contents of Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn and Se among the three groups Significance (P <0.01). There were significant differences in Cd and Se contents between case group and control group 1 (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between Pb, Cu and Zn (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn and Se between case group and control group (P <0.01). The differences of Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn and Se between the control group 1 and the control group 2 were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The content of Cd, Pu and Cu in the patients with cervical cancer in Tujia area of Yichang City increased while the contents of Zn and Se decreased.
