一、大气水资源及其引起的水纠纷 陆地淡水资源由大气水、地表水和地下水三个部分组成,大气水是其中最大的一块。研究表明,我国年平均大气水资源总量约为18.2×10~(12)立方米、地表水资源总量约为2.7×10~(12)立方米、地下水资源总量约为1.0×10~(12)立方米,大气水资源相对于地表水资源和地下水资源而言较为丰富,具有较大的开发利用潜力。我国是一个淡水资源短缺国家。
First, the atmospheric water and water disputes caused by terrestrial freshwater resources by the atmospheric water, surface water and groundwater in three parts, the largest one of the water is. The results show that the total annual average atmospheric water resources in China is about 18.2 × 10 ~ (12) m 3, the total surface water resources is about 2.7 × 10 ~ (12) m 3, the total groundwater resources are about 1.0 × 10 ~ (12) m3, the atmospheric water resources are relatively abundant in terms of surface water resources and groundwater resources, and have great potential for exploitation and utilization. Our country is a country with a shortage of fresh water resources.
