目的:探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、L-谷氨酰胺(Gln)、精氨酸、重组人生长激素(rhGH)和胰岛素对原代培养的小肠粘膜上皮细胞分化的影响。方法:孕龄17~19天Wistar系孕鼠胎仔小肠制备成小肠绒毛细胞团悬液,培养48h后加入上述肠营养素,通过测定ALP活性观察不同剂量肠营养素对贴壁生长的肠上皮细胞分化的作用。结果:当肠营养素刺激肠上皮细胞增殖时,就能直接影响细胞分化。EGF、IGF-1、Gln、胰岛素、rhGH促进肠上皮细胞分化,而精氨酸、bFGF则可使细胞分化降低。结论:肠营养素不仅有营养的作用,而且具有诱导肠上皮细胞分化的能力
Objective: To investigate the effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), L-glutamine (Gln), arginine (RhGH) and insulin on primary cultured small intestinal mucosal epithelial cells. METHODS: The fetal small intestine of pregnant Wistar rats of gestational age from 17 to 19 days was prepared into suspension of small intestine villi. After cultured for 48 hours, the above intestinal nutrients were added. The ALP activity was measured to observe the effects of different doses of intestinal nutrients on the growth of adherent intestinal epithelial cells effect. Results: When intestinal nutrients stimulate the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells, can directly affect cell differentiation. EGF, IGF-1, Gln, insulin, rhGH promote intestinal epithelial differentiation, arginine, bFGF can make the cell differentiation reduced. Conclusion: Intestinal nutrients are not only nutritious, but also have the ability to induce the differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells
