近年来,随着国家大力倡导节能减排,温拌沥青技术在实际工程中应用非常广泛。江西永武高速公路是2011年交通运输部批准的安全绿色交通科技示范路。永武高速公路项目办在交通运输部公路科学研究院的指导下,选取了K93+000~K98+000双向5公里路面,采用温拌沥青混合料(WMA)进行施工。对WMA从原材料把关进行了配合比设计,混合料性能验证、有害气体排放量检测以及路面质量检测。通过与热拌沥青混合料对比,显示了WMA用于施工时在节能减排等方面的优势,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
In recent years, as countries vigorously promote energy-saving emission reduction, warm mix asphalt technology is widely used in practical engineering. Yong-Wu Expressway in Jiangxi Province is approved by the Ministry of Transport in 2011 green traffic safety demonstration road. Under the guidance of Highway Science Research Institute of Ministry of Transport, Yongwu Expressway PMO selected K93 + 000 ~ K98 + 000 bi-directional 5 km pavement and adopted warm mix asphalt mixture (WMA) for construction. The WMA checks the raw materials from the mix design, performance verification of mixed materials, detection of harmful gas emissions and road quality testing. Compared with hot asphalt mixture, it shows the advantages of WMA in energy saving and emission reduction for construction, which has a very broad application prospect.
