Introduced the on-off characteristics of the voice and how to extract the practical T-N mode on-off signals, and multi-frame structure after voice / data sharing single channel. According to the characteristics of hydrological information transmission system, it is considered that the technology of inserting voice into the air is suitable for the application in hydrological automatic measurement and reporting system
