产品成本的80％取决于设计和工艺水平;关系到产品在市场竞争中的生命力,既要做到经济合理,又要注重技术先进。 我厂是机电部定点的紧固件专业生产厂家,现有主导产品多采用国家?o年代中期的标准,水平低,档次低,要求从1992年起逐步用80年代新国家标准取代它。为了做到经济合理,技术先进,在同行中领先,从而扩占国内市场并出口创汇,我们在新国标转换中运用价值工程,对设计和工艺方案进行了全面技术经济分析,取得了良好效果。
80% of the product cost depends on the design and technology level; it relates to the vitality of the product in the market competition, not only to make the economy reasonable, but also to pay attention to advanced technology. Our factory is a professional manufacturer of fasteners appointed by the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services. The existing leading products mostly adopt the standards of the middle period of the country. The level is low and the grade is low. It is required to gradually replace it with the new national standards of the 1980s from 1992. In order to achieve economical rationality, advanced technology, leading in the same industry, and thus expand the domestic market and earn foreign exchange through exports, we applied value engineering in the transformation of the new national standard, conducted a comprehensive technical and economic analysis of the design and process plan, and achieved good results.
