针对南通项目互通立交主线桥梁上下层相交且工期较短的特点,施工方案采用了32m跨度的钢桁架作为施工门架。桁架梁自身高4m,弦杆、腹杆由不同截面的“H”型钢加工而成。为确保施工的安全,施工前用有限元软件midas civil建立了计算模型,分析了门架施工荷载下的强度及稳定性,并对门架在互通立交施工中的应用进行了介绍。分析结果表明,该结构门架能满足大型上下层相交的桥梁同时施工的要求,且有足够的安全诸备。工程顺利完工,通过实践说明分析结果正确。
In view of the characteristics of the bridge crossing the upper and lower floors of Nantong Project and the short duration of the project, the construction scheme adopted a steel truss with a span of 32m as the construction portal. Truss girder itself 4m high, chord, web by different cross-section “H ” steel processing. In order to ensure the construction safety, the finite element software midas civil was used to establish the calculation model before construction, and the strength and stability under the construction load were analyzed. The application of the gantry in the construction of interchange was introduced. The analysis results show that the structure gantry can meet the requirements of the simultaneous construction of large-span and high-rise bridges, and has enough safety and equipment. The project was successfully completed and the result of the analysis was correct through the practice.
