目的:观察独活寄生汤加减联合西药治疗骨质疏松症的疗效及对骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组各40例,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合独活寄生汤加减治疗,2组均连续治疗8周,比较2组疗效、治疗前后骨代谢生化指标和血中骨钙素以及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组U-Ca较治疗前降低(P<0.05),ALP较治疗前增加(P<0.05);2组S-P、S-Ca与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组U-Ca含量低于对照组(P<0.05),ALP含量高于对照组,S-P、S-Ca与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血中骨钙素含量较治疗前均增加(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血中骨钙素含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减联合西药治疗骨质疏松症患者疗效显著,可明显改善患者骨代谢和血中骨钙素水平,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of Dafuji Shengtang decoction combined with Western medicine on osteoporosis and its effect on the biochemical indexes of bone metabolism. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases, the control group treated with western medicine, the observation group on the basis of the control group combined with the only live Passion Decoction treatment, two groups were treated for 8 weeks, compared two groups, before and after treatment Biochemical markers of bone metabolism and serum osteocalcin and the incidence of adverse reactions during the course of treatment. The content of U-Ca in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the content of ALP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference between S-P and S-Ca in the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum osteocalcin in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the content of osteocalcin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of osteoporosis with Doxue parasitic Decoction combined with western medicine has significant curative effect, can obviously improve the bone metabolism and blood osteocalcin level in patients with less adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical application.
