本文针对洞庭湖区圩垸实际情况,建立了比较通用的圩垸内排涝系统的大系统、多目标逐层优化摸型。对模型中两个目标函数,采用了多目标决策理论中的“权重法”进行了分析,对子系统非线性规划模型,则采用混合罚函数法(SUMT法)求解,并编制了大系统逐层优化的ALGOL语言电算程序,在TQ—16机上进行了人量计算和灵敏度分析,得到了洞庭湖区圩垸排涝系统最优规划具有实际意义的成果。
In this paper, according to the actual conditions of the embankment in Dongting Lake area, a general system of multi-purpose drainage system in polder embankment is established. The two objective functions in the model are analyzed by using the “weight method” in the multi-objective decision theory. For the nonlinear programming model of the subsystem, the hybrid penalty function method (SUMT method) is used to solve the problem. Layer optimized ALGOL language calculus program, the population calculation and sensitivity analysis were carried out on the TQ-16 machine, and the practical results of the optimal planning of drainage embankment system in Dongting Lake area were obtained.
