在矿井内发生火灾时,由于火灾负压(火负压)的作用常会引起风流方向的变化,因而造成通风系统的紊乱,形成火烟弥漫矿井毒害生命事故。这就给井下工作人员的安全带来了一定的威胁,所以研究火负压的产生,存在和影响对于掌握火灾时期矿内风流变化的规律和可能性,制订处理火灾防止事故的科学方法和消除火灾的威胁,保证矿井安全生产都是有益的。维·布得雷克教授积多年的研究经验,于1953年曾就火负压问题发表了比较成熟的研究
