通过对我国工业企业中现有各种维修方式的分析,着重研究了经济性好的以状态为基准的维修方式(CBM),对建立CBM维修方式起重要作用的故障间隔时间、维护保养时间、故障排除时间等几个参数,给出了实用的模型设计方法与算法。通过实地调查,采集了有关数据并经过合理筛选作为样本,运用数理统计中的假设检验方法确定各个参数所服从的分布函数,建立起切近实际的数学模型,对模型设计方法和算法进行了验证。
Based on the analysis of existing repair methods in China’s industrial enterprises, this paper focuses on the cost-effective state-based maintenance (CBM) method, the failure interval, maintenance and repair time, Troubleshooting time and several other parameters, gives a practical model design methods and algorithms. Through field survey, the relevant data were collected and screened as samples. The hypothesis testing method in mathematical statistics was used to determine the distribution function obeyed by each parameter. The mathematical model was established and the model design method and algorithm were verified.
