目的:探讨瓜石汤对更年期大鼠生殖机能的影响。方法:选4～6月龄、阴道细胞学涂片显示动情周期正常的青年SD大鼠为正常对照组;选择10～12月龄、阴道细胞学涂片显示动情周期紊乱的SD大鼠作为更年期大鼠模型,随机分为瓜石汤高、中剂量组、肾气丸组、六味地黄丸组和模型对照组,观察瓜石汤对更年期大鼠血清E2、FSH、VEGF水平和卵巢、子宫指数的影响。结果:瓜石汤能明显提高模型大鼠血清E2和VEGF的水平及卵巢和子宫指数,与模型组比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓜石汤能提高更年期大鼠雌激素水平,促进卵巢与子宫血管生成,增加其血液供应,从而延缓更年期大鼠的卵巢功能衰退。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Guanshi Decoction on the reproductive function of climacteric rats. Methods: Choose 4 to 6 months old, vaginal cytology smears showed normal estrous cycle of young SD rats as normal control group; select 10 to 12 months old, vaginal cytology smears estrous cycle disorder SD rats as menopause Rats were randomly divided into guashi Tang high dose group, middle dose group, Shenqi pill group, Liuweidihuangwan group and model control group. The changes of serum E2, FSH, VEGF and ovarian, uterine index Impact. Results: Guashi Tang can significantly increase the level of serum E2 and VEGF and ovarian and uterine index in model rats, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with model group. Conclusion: Guashi Decoction can improve estrogen level in menopausal rats, promote ovarian and uterine angiogenesis, increase its blood supply, and thus delay ovarian function decline in menopausal rats.
