护士长是医院中层管理的中流砥柱，有95％的护士长未经过系统、科学的管理知识培训，工作中沿用老方法和凭个人经验为主的管理方式。大理州人民医院对护士长按”零度管理”理念之”零滞后”理念进行培训教育，以督促其学用结合，提升管理和实践能力。
