对从事矿井下作业10年以上的309名男性工人进行职业危害调查,发现除发生煤工尘肺外,其消化系统疾患也明显增高。胃与十二指肠溃疡发病率为21.68%;慢性胃炎发病率为41.42%。同时以造纸行业317名装订车间工人作对照,其胃与十二指肠溃疡发病率为10.41%;慢性胃炎发病率为27.44%。调查组与对照组之间,胃与十二指肠溃疡及慢性胃炎发病率差别有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。
A total of 309 male workers engaged in underground operations for more than 10 years were investigated for occupational hazards and found that in addition to coal workers’ pneumoconiosis, digestive diseases were significantly increased. The incidence of stomach and duodenal ulcer was 21.68%. The incidence of chronic gastritis was 41.42%. At the same time to 317 papermaking industry binding shop workers as a control, the incidence of stomach and duodenal ulcer was 10.41%; the incidence of chronic gastritis was 27.44%. There was a significant difference between the survey group and the control group in the differences of gastric and duodenal ulcer and chronic gastritis (P <0.01).
