为了研究不同强度训练对大鼠心肌细胞一氧化氮合酶表达的影响,采用跑台训练方式,建立大鼠有氧运动和疲劳运动模型,运用免疫组织化学技术研究心肌细胞nNOS、eNOS和iNOS表达的变化。结果发现:有氧训练和大强度训练组大鼠心肌细胞nNOS阳性表达显著高于安静对照组;有氧训练和大强度训练组大鼠心肌细胞iNOS阳性表达也显著高于安静对照组,并且有氧训练组大鼠心肌细胞的iNOS阳性表达显著高于大强度训练组;有氧训练大鼠心肌细胞eNOS的阳性表达极显著高于安静对照组和大强度训练组,而对照组则高于大强度训练组。提示心肌细胞一氧化氮合酶表达的变化与运动强度有显著关系。
