胸肢导联就是CR导联——与张淑玉医师商榷

本刊现将尹炳生等所著“胸肢导联就是CR导联”和张淑玉等所写“再与头胸导联商榷”两篇文章在此一并刊出,供读者阅读。在我们看来,尹文指出“胸肢导联就是CR导联”及“胸肢导联的右上肢导联不等于VR”等问题是有道理的;而张文则提出“尹文的头胸导联与胸肢导联并无本质差别,”和其它一些问题,双方也各有见解。一般而论,头胸导联是两个电极,其心电图记录反映两个电极处的电位差,广义上来讲,也是双极导联。要达到“单极导联”的要求,应该是负极处的电位总是0,这样正极就能作为探查电极。作者对导联的设计有数学物理的理论作根据,最好再加实验验证、阐明,使理论符合实际情况,欢迎理论工作者与生物工程学工作者深入讨论。 This issue appears Yin Bingsheng other books such as “lead is the CR and CRY” and Zhang Shuyu wrote “again with the lead chest lead discussion,” two articles published in this for readers to read.
