目的:研究及己根的倍半萜类化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱和制备液相等色谱技术进行分离纯化,并应用核磁共振等波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从及己根中分离鉴定了10个倍半萜类化合物,分别为:1β,8β-dihydroxy-eudesman-4(15),7(11)-dien-8α,12-olide(Ⅰ)、curcolonol(Ⅱ)、4β,8β-dihydroxy-5α(H)-eudesm-7(11)-en-8,12-olide(Ⅲ)、1β,8β-dihydroxy-eudesman-3,7(11)-dien-8α,12-olide(Ⅳ)、multistalactone E(Ⅴ)、zedoarofuran(Ⅵ)、8β,9α-dihydroxylindan-4(5),7(11)-dien-8α,12-olide(Ⅶ)、serralactone A(Ⅷ)、8-epi-ivangustin(Ⅸ)、金粟兰内酯E(Ⅹ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ~Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of sesquiterpenoids of Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by 1H NMR. Results: Ten sesquiterpenoids were isolated and identified from root and roots, which were 1β, 8β-dihydroxy-eudesman-4 (15), 7 (11) -dien-8α, 12-olide (11) -en-8,12-olide (III), 1β, 8β-dihydroxy-eudesman-3,7 (11) -dien -8α, 12-olide (Ⅳ), multistalactone E (Ⅴ), zedoarofuran (Ⅵ), 8β, 9α-dihydroxylindan- (Ⅷ), 8-epi-ivangustin (Ⅸ), and pyroselolactone E (Ⅹ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ ~ Ⅶ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
