采用应对方式问卷和自我和谐量表对200名高中生进行问卷调查。结果表明高自我和谐组较多地使用问题解决和求助,低自我和谐组较多地使用自责、幻想和退避,而在合理化上无显著差异;自我与经验的不和谐与各应对方式均有显著相关,自我灵活性与解决问题呈显著正相关,自我的刻板性与解决问题呈显著负相关、与自责和幻想呈显著正相关;解决问题、自责和幻想能有效预测个体的自我和谐程度。
200 high school students were surveyed by coping style questionnaire and self-consistency scale. The results show that the high self-harmony group uses more problems to solve and seek help, and the low self-harmony group uses more self-blame, fantasy and back-off, but there is no significant difference in rationalization. The disharmony between self and experience and each coping style There was a significant positive correlation between self-aggrandizement and problem-solving. Self-rigidity was significantly negatively correlated with problem-solving and positively correlated with self-reproach and fantasy. Solving problems, remorse and illusion could effectively predict individual self-harmony degree.
