The establishment of an effective teaching situation as a commonly used teaching skill in elementary mathematics teaching process is itself a contradiction between improving teachers’ teaching quality, stimulating students’ learning interest and solving the abstraction of mathematics itself and the simplicity of primary school students’ thinking very important. This paper discusses and analyzes how to create an effective teaching situation in elementary mathematics according to the teaching practice. First, to textbooks as the basis of mathematics itself, the abstract and logical characteristics of the decision it in terms of classroom teaching or participation are different from other disciplines.
