一、前言对于已知主应力方向的二向应力状态,在材料进入小塑性变形时,可以在主应力方向贴两个应变计,由测得的两个主应变ε_1、ε_2按式(1)计算出主应力σ_1、σ_2。式中μg、S分别为塑性变形下的材料泊桑比和割线模量,它们是随应变ε_1、ε_2大小而变的变量。要想利用(1)式求出主应力σ_1、σ_2,就必需知道ε_1、ε_2对应下的μg和S值。
I. Preface For the two-direction stress state of the known principal stress direction, two strain gauges can be attached to the principal stress direction when the material enters the small plastic deformation. From the measured two principal strain ε_1 and ε_2, Calculate the main stress σ_1, σ_2. In the formula, μg and S are the Poisson’s ratio and the secant modulus of the material under plastic deformation, which are the variables that change with the strain ε_1 and ε_2. To find the principal stress σ_1, σ_2 using equation (1), we must know the μg and S values corresponding to ε_1 and ε_2.
