In order to provide the necessary anatomic basis for renal transplantation and renal microsurgery, we used 47 adult cadavers and 45 childhood cadavers for a total of 184 sides. The renal and iliac vessels were observed by stripping method. Divided into five parts as follows: First, the local anatomy of renal artery and its significance in renal transplantation: a renal artery 88.8%, 11.2% of the two branches.
