采用化学发光法(CL)和顺磁共振法(ESR)对比研究了茶多酚和槲皮素两种酚羟基化合物在吞噬细胞体系中清除超氧阴离子(O·2)、羟自由基(OH·)和单线态氧(1O2)等活性氧的能力,研究表明茶多酚和槲皮素在体外皆为非常有效的氧自由基清除剂,茶多酚的效果更好一些.CL法和ESR法研究的结果具有一致性.
