来蛾Corcyra cephalonica(Staint)易在控制条件下饲养,人工饲养米蛾获得大量卵,用于繁殖多种赤眼蜂,在国内已受到重视。用新鲜米蛾卵繁殖赤眼蜂,寄生率高,但由于米蛾幼虫有食卵习性,繁蜂中未被寄生的卵粒有一部分能孵化出幼虫,其爬行和食卵将会造成寄生卵的损失。而米蛾卵经冷藏处理,因胚胎被冻死用以繁蜂,寄生率显著降低。经研究用紫外灯照射米蛾卵,杀卵及繁蜂效果良好(史光中等,1982)。为了寻求既能快速杀卵,又不影响繁蜂效果的方法。1984年4月,以紫外灯照射米蛾卵为对照,应用不同剂量的γ射线辐射米蛾卵,以
