本文介绍用2,3—二氨基萘于血、发、尿及动物组织中硒含量的萤光测定法,此法最低检出浓度为0.001μg/ml,最低检出量为3ng。用10—500ng硒的标准溶液作重复测定,其检出值的变异系数为7.3—2.4%;血、发、尿及动物组织中硒检出值的变异系数分别为3.9、5.5、3.3及5.6%;回收率依次分别为97.0±2.0,95.0±1.9,97.8±1.1及99.8±1.8%。用不等量以上样品检出的硒含量近似,这说明萃取物中的硒未受到外来物质的干扰。本法的精密度及准确度均高。
