目的利用经典高脂饮食兔动脉粥样硬化模型,观察益气解毒活血配伍方人参、大黄、瓜蒌对高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)、血管黏附因子-1(VCAM-1)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的动态影响。方法 20只新西兰兔随机分为3组,中药组、模型组均给予高脂饲料喂养6周,6周后中药组及模型组采用球囊拉伤术损伤髂动脉,术后均继续以高脂饮食喂养3周。正常组全程给予普通兔饲料喂养。中药组全程使用人参(0.64 g/kg)、大黄(0.43 g/kg)、瓜蒌(2.14 g/kg)配方灌胃,模型组、正常组全程给予等量兔饮用水灌胃。Hs-CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1测定均采用酶联免疫吸附(双抗体夹心)法。结果益气解毒活血复方能够显著降低hs-CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1水平,并达到正常组水平甚至更低。结论益气解毒活血方能够明显抑制动脉粥样硬化相关炎性因子表达,可能是通过抑制炎症反应,降低炎症因子hs-CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1上升水平起到延缓动脉粥样硬化进程的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Jiedu Huoxue prescription Fang ginseng, rhubarb and melon on the expression of hs-CRP, ICAM-1, Dynamic Changes of VCAM-1 and MCP-1 in Rats. Methods Twenty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. The Chinese herbal medicine group and model group were fed with high-fat diet for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, the Chinese herbal medicine group and model group were injured by balloon occlusion. Diet for 3 weeks. The normal group to give normal rabbit feed. The traditional Chinese medicine group gavage with ginseng (0.64 g / kg), rhubarb (0.43 g / kg) and melon (2.14 g / kg) throughout the course of the treatment. Hs-CRP, ICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP-1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (double antibody sandwich) method. Results Yiqi Jiedu Huoxue Compound can significantly reduce the levels of hs-CRP, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and MCP-1 and reach the level of normal group even lower. Conclusion Yiqi Jiedu Huoxue Recipe can significantly inhibit the expression of atherosclerosis-related inflammatory factors, which may play an important role in retarding the inflammatory reaction and decreasing the rising levels of inflammatory factors hs-CRP, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and MCP-1 The role of atherosclerosis process.
