Tuberculosis death monitoring is an important indicator to evaluate the TB epidemic and an important basis for the development of prevention and control measures. In this paper, the national TB surveillance program was used to monitor the death of tuberculosis in Runan County in 1998. Runan County as “Ministry of Health to strengthen and promote TB project counties.” At the monitoring point, the total population of 8,15917 in 1998, with a total death toll of 4,933, the overall mortality rate
