非物质文化遗产保护同样需要创新精神来提升自身活力。就是在挖掘整理提高的基础上,在传承与发展的过程中,去其糟粕,取其精华,弘扬民族民间优秀的传统文化。非物质文化遗产代表着人类文化遗产的精神高度,保护和传承好它可以使其充分发挥应有的价值及存在的意义,使其推动文化产业的发展。加强对非物质文化遗产传承人的培养,对传承人采取有效的保护措施,激励新人去学习,去保护,去传承。
The safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage also needs innovative spirit to enhance its own vitality. On the basis of excavation and improvement, in the course of inheritance and development, we should go to the dross, take its essence and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the nation and the people. The intangible cultural heritage represents the spiritual height of the human cultural heritage, and the protection and inheritance of it can enable it to give full play to its due value and existence meaning so that it can promote the development of the cultural industry. Strengthen the training of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, take effective protection measures for the heirs, and encourage new people to learn, to protect and to inherit.
