生物原复合材料,由莫斯科口腔医学中心研究所病理解剖实验室研制,用胶原吸附硅粉,制成胶原硅粉复合物,再加入含羟基磷灰石的生物原合成材料,贮存在密封的聚乙烯袋内,γ线照射灭菌。 本组行种植义齿57例,男22例,女35例,年龄28~54岁。其中绝对适应证40例:在种植体周围置入生物原复合材料20例(基本组);用传统方法种植20例(对照组)。相对适应证组17例(包括种植区骨质疏松,牙槽骨缘明显萎缩,术中骨皮质板折裂,感染后再次种植等病例),均在种植体周围置入生物原复合材料。 术后早期,对照组创缘裂开并长期(2周)水肿3例,其中2例拔除种植体;基本组无1例出现并发症;相对适应证组出现并发症8例:其中局部长期水肿5例,部分创缘裂开二期愈合2例,手术区和下唇疼痛并感觉障碍1例(4月后消失),这8例均未影响最终手术

There were 17 cases of relative indications (including osteoporosis in planting area, obvious atrophy of alveolar edge, intraoperative cortical plate fracture, replanted after infection, etc.). In the early postoperative period, the wounds of the control group were split and long-term (2 weeks) edema occurred in 3 cases, of which 2 cases were implanted with implants. There was no complication in 1 case in the basic group and 8 cases in the corresponding indications group: local long-term edema 5 cases, part of the edge of wound healing in 2 cases split second case, the operation area and lower lip pain and sensory disturbance in 1 case (disappeared in April), these 8 cases did not affect the final surgery
