在钼蓝反应中,对微量磷进行光度测定的有机还原剂对甲氨基苯酸.1,2,4-氨基蔡酚磺酸和抗坏血酸等。我们由试验查明,d-葡萄糖尽管还原性弱,但在一定条件下,也能进行微量磷的定量。还原时,合适的酸度范围为0.7—1.1当量硫酸,呈色稳定时间达110分钟,适宜的还原时间(沸水浴加热时间)为25—40分钟。磷浓度在0.2—1.1ppm范围内遵守比耳定律,大于1.1ppm时吸光度下降,可能系还原产物(d-葡萄糖酸)与钼(Ⅵ)生成了络合物。在波长690、650和620毫微米处测得克分子吸收系数分别为
In the molybdenum blue reaction, the photometric determination of trace phosphorus organic reductant p-aminobenzoic acid 1,2,4-aminocetyl sulfonic acid and ascorbic acid. We have determined by experiment that although d-glucose has weak reducibility, under certain conditions, it is possible to quantify trace phosphorus. For reduction, a suitable acidity range is 0.7 to 1.1 equivalents of sulfuric acid, the color settling time is 110 minutes and the suitable reduction time (boiling water bath heating time) is 25-40 minutes. Beer’s law is obeyed at phosphorus concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 1.1 ppm. Absorbance drops below 1.1 ppm, possibly resulting in the formation of complexes of the reduced product (d-gluconic acid) with molybdenum (VI).
