目的:观察益气活血生肌方配合抗生素防治剖宫产术后腹部切口感染的临床疗效。方法:将4264例患者随机分为2组。治疗组2480例,应用益气活血生肌方(由黄芪、太子参、三七、炙甘草、丹参、厚朴等组成)配合抗生素治疗;对照组1784例,单用抗生素治疗。观察2组术后发热、腹部切口感染情况(包括切口压痛、红肿、分泌物等)以及血象变化情况。结果:术后发热、腹部切口感染以及血白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)升高等发生率治疗组均明显低于对照组,2组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。结论:益气活血生肌方配合抗生素应用于防治剖宫产术后腹部切口感染,能明显降低剖宫产术后腹部切口感染发生率。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Shengji prescription combined with antibiotics in preventing and treating abdominal incision infection after cesarean section. Methods: 4264 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 2480 cases, the application of Yiqi Huoxue Shengji Fang (Astragalus, heterophylla, Panax, Zhigancao, Salvia, Magnolia and other components) with antibiotics; control group of 1784 cases, treated with antibiotics alone. Two groups were observed postoperative fever, abdominal incision infection (including incision tenderness, swelling, secretions, etc.) and changes in blood. Results: The postoperative fever, abdominal incision infection and the incidence of WBC and N were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Shengji prescription with antibiotics can be used to prevent abdominal incision infection after cesarean section, which can significantly reduce the incidence of abdominal incision infection after cesarean section.
