随着房地产市场的不断发展,人民群众对住宅居住环境、房型等要求越来越高。近一、二年来在深圳、上海等大城市中出现了不少层数不高于十八层的二类高层住宅群,在深圳等地称其为“小高层”。为什么要称这类建筑为“小高层”呢?主要它在建筑设计上有别于一类高层住宅,又不同于十层以下的多层住宅,这样的二类高层住宅群有其自身的特点: 1、建筑结构简单,辅助面积小,使用方便,节省造价。 2、占地面积大,总建筑面积大。
As the real estate market continues to evolve, people are increasingly demanding living conditions and room types. Nearly a year or two in Shenzhen, Shanghai and other big cities there are many layers of not more than 18 layers of two high-rise residential groups in Shenzhen and other places called “small high-rise.” Why do we call this kind of building “small high-rise”? Mainly it differs from a kind of high-rise building in architectural design, but also different from the ten-storey multi-storey residential buildings. Such two kinds of high-rise residential buildings have their own Features: 1, the building structure is simple, auxiliary area is small, easy to use, cost savings. 2, covers a large area, a large total construction area.
