我厂15米龙刨工作台的面积是5米×15米,重量82吨。在最近的改装中,工作台先后翻身吊运120多次,都安全可靠地达到目的,未出事故。这当中除超重师傅大胆细心工作外,还专门设计了翻身吊运工具,解决了钢丝绳易断裂的问题,取得了很好效果,现介绍于下。工作台导轨在与床身导轨对研时,每刮研一次,工作台要翻两次。翻身时,由于钢丝绳直径较粗(φ62mm),而吊钩曲率半径过小,钢丝绳过度弯曲,致使一副钢丝绳(两根,每根28米)每翻身一次,吊钩部位严重变形;翻身两次,上述部位就遭破坏,钢丝绳内的麻绳芯被挤出,钢丝开始断裂,最多使用4～5次就不能使用,要报废。估计待工作台刮研好,要消耗钢丝绳20副,价值4万多元。
