目的 :研究上海地区青少年下颌骨的生长时机及生长量。方法 :选择上海地区480例(男、女各240例)青少年X线头颅侧位定位片,按性别和颈椎骨成熟度分期法(cervical vertebral maturation method,CVM)分组、测量,应用SPSS15.0软件包计算各测量项目的均数和标准差,采用独立样本t检验比较相邻2组测量结果的差异,并计算下颌骨各生长方向上相邻生长阶段的生长量。结果:男、女下颌综合长(Co-Gn)均在CVMS1-CVMS2及CVMS3-CVMS4期间显著增长(P<0.05),男性CVMS3-CVMS4期间增长量最大(P<0.01),平均增长9.54 mm,女性CVMS1-CVMS2期间增长量最大(P<0.01),平均增长9.09 mm。男性下颌支高度(Co-Go)在CVMS2-CVMS5期均显著增长(P<0.05),以CVMS2-CVMS3期间增长量最大(P<0.01),平均增长8.80 mm,女性则在CVMS1-CVMS4期间显著增长(P<0.05),而最大增长量出现在CVMS1-CVMS2期间(P<0.01),平均增长6.51 mm。男性下颌体长(Go-Pog)在CVMS3-CVMS4期间生长最显著(P<0.01),平均增长7.55 mm;女性则在CVMS1-CVMS2期间的增长量最大(P<0.01),平均增长5.73 mm。结论:男、女下颌综合长(Co-Gn)、下颌支高度(Co-Go)及下颌体长(Go-Pog)在CVM各期生长量不同,可为临床诊断及治疗方案的选择提供参考。
Objective: To study the growth timing and growth of mandible in adolescents in Shanghai. Methods: Forty-eight patients (240 males and 240 females) in Shanghai were enrolled in this study. X-ray cephalometric images of the adolescent were collected and classified by gender and cervical vertebral maturation method (CVM). SPSS15.0 software The package was used to calculate the mean and standard deviation of each measurement item. The independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences between the two adjacent groups and the growth of adjacent mandibular growth was calculated. Results: Co-Gn in both male and female rats increased significantly (P <0.05) during CVMS1-CVMS2 and CVMS3-CVMS4, and increased most significantly in male CVMS3-CVMS4 (P <0.01) with an average increase of 9.54 mm Female CVMS1-CVMS2 had the largest increase during the period (P <0.01) with an average increase of 9.09 mm. Co-Go significantly increased in CVMS2-CVMS5 (P <0.05) and CVMS2-CVMS3 (P <0.01), with an average increase of 8.80 mm in female and CVMS1-CVMS4 in female (P <0.05), while the maximum increase occurred in CVMS1-CVMS2 (P <0.01) with an average increase of 6.51 mm. The growth of male Go-Pog in CVMS3-CVMS4 was the most significant (P <0.01), with an average increase of 7.55 mm. The female had the largest increase in CVMS1-CVMS2 (P <0.01) with an average increase of 5.73 mm. Conclusion: The growth of Co-Gn, Co-Go and Go-Pog in different stages of CVM are different for male and female, which may provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment options .
